These terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and customers of EchoClip.ai.

EchoClip is operated by Atlas Ridge Holdings and Developments, Co. We respond to most enquiries within 1–2 business days. For urgent issues — billing problems, account lockouts, suspected security incidents — please use the dedicated address below so we can route your message to the right team immediately.

Customer support

For most product questions, the fastest path is email. We don't have a phone line yet — every reply you get from us is from a human on the team.

Use this for general product questions, feature requests, account help, bug reports, and feedback. Include your account email so we can look up your account quickly. If your issue is time-sensitive (e.g. you can't log in, an export failed mid-way through), please mention that in your subject line.

Billing

Email: billing@echoclip.ai

Use this for invoice questions, payment failures, refund requests, plan changes, cancellation issues, or any other financial matter. Payments for EchoClip are processed by Atlas Ridge Holdings and Developments, Co. through Stripe — charges appear on your statement as ECHOCLIP.AI.

If you have an outstanding invoice and your account is locked, paying the invoice from the link in our payment failure email automatically restores access within a few minutes.

Privacy & data requests

Use this to exercise your data subject rights: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, or withdrawal of consent (where processing is consent-based). See our Privacy Policy for the full list.

To speed things up, send the request from the email address registered on your EchoClip account. We may ask for additional verification before processing erasure or export requests. We aim to respond within 30 days; complex requests may take longer.

Report abuse or copyright concerns

Use this to report content on EchoClip that violates our Terms of Service, infringes your copyright, or otherwise should not be on the platform.

For copyright complaints, please include: • A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed. • A link or sufficient detail for us to locate the allegedly infringing content. • Your contact information (full name, email address, postal address, telephone if available). • A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law. • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to act on behalf of the copyright owner. • Your physical or electronic signature.

We respond to valid copyright notices by removing the content and notifying the user who uploaded it. Repeat infringers will have their accounts terminated.

Registered entity

EchoClip.ai is a product of Atlas Ridge Holdings and Developments, Co. All commercial contracts, invoices, refund processing, and customer-facing legal obligations are entered into by Atlas Ridge Holdings and Developments, Co. trading as EchoClip.ai.
