Refund policy

These terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and customers of EchoClip.ai.
Overview
We want you to be satisfied with your EchoClip subscription. This refund policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds are available. Different rules apply to monthly subscriptions, annual subscriptions, and overage charges — please read the relevant section carefully.
Monthly subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from your account settings. When you cancel, your plan remains active and you keep your full credit allowance through the end of the current billing period. Your plan will not auto-renew once the period ends.
Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable. We do not issue prorated refunds for partial months, unused credits, or for cancellations made mid-cycle.
If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using the Service and we are unable to resolve it within 72 hours, you may be eligible for a prorated refund for the affected period. Contact support@echoclip.ai.
Annual subscriptions
Annual subscriptions include a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date the annual subscription is first charged. If you cancel within this 14-day window and have not consumed more than the equivalent of one monthly credit allowance, you will receive a full refund of the annual fee to the original payment method.
After the 14-day window, annual subscription fees are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time and your plan will remain active through the end of the prepaid annual period; we do not issue prorated refunds for the unused portion of an annual term.
Annual subscribers receive their monthly credit allowance on their renewal anniversary day each month. Unused monthly credits roll over within the annual term; any credits remaining at the end of the annual term are forfeited unless the subscription auto-renews.
Overage charges
Each paid plan automatically bills overage at $0.025 per credit once your monthly credit allowance is used. Overage charges are non-refundable once incurred — you can prevent unexpected charges at any time by lowering your spending cap on the Billing page.
Overage settles weekly on Mondays. If a cancellation takes effect mid-week, the final overage invoice still bills for usage already incurred up to that point; it is not waived by cancellation.
If an overage charge was incurred in error (e.g. a clear bug on our side), contact support@echoclip.ai within 48 hours and we will review your case.
Disputes and chargebacks
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us at support@echoclip.ai before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We will work to resolve the issue within 3 business days.
Accounts with unresolved chargebacks may be suspended until the dispute is resolved.
How to request a refund
Email support@echoclip.ai with your account email and a description of the issue. We aim to process all refund requests within 5 business days.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank and may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
